Dunning by DEMONDO
...AFTER THE HOLDER DETERMINATION OR THE PAYMENT REQUEST!
After the payment request, the dunning process follows, which usually consists of a payment reminder and a reminder. DEMONDO contacts the debtors on the letterhead of its sister company “Taxaris GmbH & Co. KG”. The reminder letters are also prepared in the debtor's national language. If you have already issued a parking ticket to the vehicle, the dunning process is the next step after the holder has been identified.

Due to the history of DEMONDO's sister company “Taxaris”, which focuses on the international debt collection business, DEMONDO maintains excellent contacts with international partners and therefore has an immense network to handle international projects. If a claim is still not settled after the dunning process, DEMONDO starts the debt collection process in cooperation with its partners, which is carried out in the country of the respective debtor. DEMONDO thus ensures that the debt collection process abroad is also legally compliant. In addition, carrying out the debt collection process in the target country increases payment morale.

The European Parking Association was founded in 1983 and today acts as the umbrella organization for European parking associations. The association is made up of members from private companies and public institutions who are involved in the development of parking services and can exchange information within the association. The aim of EPA is to network the members from different European countries and thus keep parking services up to date at all times. This is achieved through numerous workshops, live events and, for example, a quarterly magazine that focuses on current industry topics.
